The Four Horsemen

Warm Up
2 Rounds
  • 100m jog
  • 3 Burpee Broad Jumps
  • 6 Air Squats
  • 9 KB Snatch (35 / 25)
  • 10m Spiderman Stretch
4-Person WOD
These movements completed in order – one athlete working at a time:
  • 30 Handstand Push Ups
  • 60 Burpees
  • 90 USA KB Swing (50 / 35)
  • 120 Hand Release Push Ups
  • 150 Sit Ups
  • 180  Double Unders
*Team also has to do 250 wall balls. Wall balls can be done at any time while other team members are working on the load – but only one member at a time can work on wall balls. Time stops when the load and wall balls are complete.


 **There is a 25 minute time cap.  Modify all movements as needed for each teammate.
