- 30 Handstand
Push Ups
- 60 Burpees
- 90 USA
KB Swing (50 / 35)
- 120 Hand
Release Push Ups
- 150 Sit
Ups
- 180 Double
Unders
*Team also has
to do 250 wall balls. Wall balls can be done at any
time while other team members are working on the load – but only one member at
a time can work on wall balls. Time stops when the load and wall balls are
complete.
**There is a 25 minute time cap. Modify all movements as needed for each teammate.
