**use this time to work on LOADING your hamstrings on the hang snatch.  Then – take a breath, reset your feet, and get a solid OH squat.  Keep the weight light & fast.

Run 1 Mile

**your clock starts when you start squatting.  Every time you re-rack the bar, add one rep.  SO – if you can bang out all (30) squats without breaking, gold star.  If your rack the bar 3 times to rest, you earn 3 more reps for a total of (33) squats.
