*I want you to use a band for these pull ups. More specifically - use a BIGGER band than you would normally use for a WOD.  If you can do pull-ups without a band, use a blue. If you normally use a blue band - switch to a green. Green uses black. Black can add a yellow or red. Rest 120 seconds between rounds.
