Baseline Week #2

22min Routine

15 Reps of each:
1)  Upright Rows (.1 round)
2)  Dead Lifts (.2 round)
3)  Bent Rows (.3 round)
4)  High Pulls (upright rows + deadlifts) (.4 round)
5)  Squat Thrusts (.5 round)
6)  Military Press (.6 round)
7)  Front Squats (Full round)

AMRAP in 22 minutes

Use one bar that you never release for the entire WOD. Must complete exercise to get credit for that decimal of round.  Get a .4 bonus for completing entire circuit.
Final Score is weight of bar multiplied by Rounds.
For example, using 65lb bar, 3 rounds and 12 Squat Thrusts would equate to 65 x 3.4 = 221pts.
