Snatch Watch


Buy In
7 Minute AMRAP Ladder
3 – 6 – 9 – 12 – 15 – etc…
·         Front Squats (95 / 65)
·         Box Jumps (24” / 20”)

*this ladders means you’ll increase by 3reps each round.  3 squat & box jumps first time.  6 squats & box jumps next round… keep climbing the ladder for 7 minutes.

Snatch Skill - 21 Minutes
The goal of this session is to work on (3) different snatch positions.  The goal is a full squat snatch from each position… but adjust accordingly.  Record heaviest lift at each position.
1.        High Hang Snatch (hip pocket)
2.       Mid Hang Snatch (just above knees)

3.       Snatch Off Blocks (2” – 4” elevation)
