1 SDHP the 1st minute
2 SDHP the 2nd minute
3 SDHP...
Climb the pyramid until you cannot complete the required # of reps in 1 minute. Rest 1 minute, and go back down the other side of the pyramid.
**Firebreathers will peak no higher than Round 13. Go back down the pyramid after that - 169 SDHPs is plenty of work.
