            5 Pull Ups while teammate does 5 Push Ups
            Both Run 100m
            5 Push Ups while teammate does 5 Pull Ups
            Both Run 100m

If teammate can’t get all 5 Pull Ups, then it is your responsibility to assist them with “boost” spot etc…

100 Back Extensions (50 each – split them up however you want)
