WOD
7 Minute AMRAP
  • 5 Big Box Jumps (30" / 24") - STEP DOWN
  • 7 Plyo Pushups (no clap - just hands off ground)
  • 9 PVC Situps*
*the PVC goes where you would place the bar for a high-bar back squat. Now you can't throw your hands. Anchor your feet under some DB's or sandbag or one of them tires in the parking lot.

--rest 4 minutes--

Finisher
Repeat the WOD as fast as possible. So - if you got 5 rounds in 7 minutes - you must complete 5 rounds as fast as possible.  The tire flip is optional...
