50 Back extensions
50 Wall Balls
50 Burpees
50 Double Unders


**this WOD strongly resembles Filthy Fifty. As a couple - you are responsible for all reps. Here's the catch - one of you must hold something heavy (sandbag/KB/beer-keg/plate/etc) using only one hand/arm. Switch hands as often as you need.  If the heavy object hits the ground or is carried with both hands - immediate 50m sprint penalty.
