Squat Clean Progression

10 – 9 – 8 – 7 – 6 – 5 – 4 – 3 – 2 – 1
·          Unbroken Squat Cleans* (135 / 95)
·          Burpees Over the Bar
*chose a weight that you can absolutely do 10 unbroken (touch n’ go).  Then – rest just long enough between sets to make sure you don’t break
