Dead Lift – Bent Row – HPC – Front Squat – OH Press – Back Squat – Push Ups

Clean Skill12 Minutes
·          Down & up (high hang / hip pocket)
·          Elbows high & outside
·          Hang Muscle Clean (mid thigh)
·          Front Squat
·          Jerk or Split Jerk
·          Hang Clean

Go Time
·          25 Burpees
·          25 Power Cleans (135 / 95)
·          25 Burpees

*EMOTM – 5 Wall Balls.  This workout starts with 25 burpees.  On the one minute mark complete 5 wall balls and then continue through the 25-25-25 stopping every minute on the minute to complete 5 wall balls.
