Partner WOD
3 Rounds Each
·          200m Sprint
·          6 Pull Ups
·          12 Double USSR KB Swings (70 / 35)
*while partner A works, partner B must hold double KB in the rack position.  
**Partner A cannot do work unless Partner B is racked w/ 2 KBs.
