4 Rounds - Barbell Complex
1 Barbell Complex = 6 reps each of dead lift, bent over row, hang power clean, front squat, push press, back squat and push ups. Do not go fast here! These should all be perfect reps.
- Men - 45 / 65 / 85 / 95
- Women - 35 / 55 / 65 / 65
10 Rounds - Every Minute on the Minute
- Forward Roll or Cartwheel
- 5 Mountain Climbers (each side)
- 5 Star Jumps
- 5 USSR KB Swings (50 / 35)
