1 SDHP the first minute - then rest
2 SDHP the second minute - then rest
3 SDHP the third minute - then rest
Climb the pyramid until you cannot complete the required # of reps AND recover in 1 minute.
No matter how awesome you are - you will stop @ 13 and go back down the pyramid. If you climb all the way to Level 13 - you'll complete 169 SDHPs. This is a TON of volume! This will crush your posterior chain - so keep your form dialed in.
You can use a 35# KB instead of a naked bar.
