Dirty Little 'TinkerBell' from the old school Old Country Iron Club.
Clean 'Tinkerbell'
3 Rounds:
Overhead Walking Lunge (45/25) - Gym Down & Back
15 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
Waiter's Walk* (53/35) - Pole & Back
*Holding two kettlebells or dumbells, one arm locked out overhead, one arm suitcase carry at side. Switch as often as you like, but only progress forward if a bell is locked out overhead.
