5 Rounds:
10 Hang Power Cleans (65#/95#)
10 Weighted Barbell Step Ups (45#/65# + 20"/24") = alternate lead leg each rep
10 Bar-Facing Burpees*
*You must perform your burpee with your body perpendicular to your barbell. Jump over the bar (no clap necessary) and orient yourself perpendicular to it (head toward bar) to perform the next burpee. Hips must be fully extended while jumping.

































14:36... PC (2x65#, 3x55#). SU (45#). Always good to practice cleans! :)

ReplyDelete15:08 - Cleans #95, SU #65 @ 24"- #45 plate. Thank goodness for chalk otherwise those cleans would have left me with more damage.
