*the PVC goes where you would place the bar for a high-bar back squat.  Now you can't throw your hands.  Anchor your feet under some DB's or sandbag or one of them tires in the parking lot.

*rest 3 minutes*

Repeat what you just did as fast as possible.  So - if you got 5 rounds in 7 minutes - you must complete 5 rounds as fast as possible.
