1 round = 6 reps each
deadlift – bent row – HPC – front squat – press – back squat – push ups    

WOD
20 Minute Up Ladder
1, 2, 3, 4, 5…
·         Clean (185 / 105)
·         Pull Up

*start with 1 clean & 1 pull up.  Then 2 cleans & 2 pull ups.  Keep climbing the ladder as high as you can for 20 minutes.
