Warm Up

*go heavy here!  Start super light, and work up to something heavier than normal.  My super strong folks might get within 20-30lbs of their body weight.  Remember - the first rep starts from the ground


WOD
You have 60 seconds to run the required distance.  That distance starts @ 10m, and increases by 10m each round.  So - if it only takes you 5 seconds to run 10m... rest for 55 seconds.  This will be boring & easy until Round 12 or so... then you better believe the ZOMBIES are hunting you!

1.  Run 10m in 60 seconds... rest the remainder of the round.
2.  Run 20m in 60 seconds... rest
3.  Run 30m in 60 seconds...
4.  Run 40m....
