*carpool to Airport Wy S & S Holgate St. Park at the Office Depot, or thereabouts. Walk up the stairs to the launch point. Pick a partner, lace up your shoes.
- Sprint to the 1st pole - walk back
- Sprint to the 2nd pole - walk back
- Sprint to the 3rd pole - walk back
- Sprint to the 1st pole - walk back
- Run to the top of the hill - 0.6miles.
