20 USA KB Swings
Waiter walk to pole and back, switch arms at pole
*3 pts contact with floor at all times during forward progress of drag. Not 2 pts, not 4 pts.
Rx is 80/60lb sandbag, and 10 each side ground to shoulder cleans. And shoulder carry to pole and back.
Otherwise sub in 50/35lb KB and do WOD as above.
