- 10 Air Squats
- 5 Lunges (each leg)
- 5 Jumping Lunges (each leg)
- 5 Jump Squats
PARTNER WOD
15 Minutes - Running Clock
- 50m partner carry (piggy back, fireman, cradle, etc)
- 10 Box Jumps (one box - alternate jumps)
- 10 Med Ball Patrner Drops (explosively launch ball into the air)
- 10 Wall Balls - Over Pull Up Bar (penalty if ball touches ground)
- 10 Partner Burpees (simultaneous burpee - touch hands mid-air.)
**Each team completes all 10 reps. That means I do 5 box jumps, and my partner does 5. 5+5 = 10. Not true for burpees. We each do 10, with the high five in mid air.
