*this means you'll get 15 deadlifts, wall balls, & situps. Then 10 of each. The 5 of each.
- Deadlifts (115 / 75)
- Wall Ball
- Butterfly Situps
2 Rounds - Max Reps - Assisted Pullups*
*I want you to use a band for these pull ups. More specifically - use a BIGGER band than you would normally use for a WOD. If you can do pull-ups without a band, use a blue. If you normally use a blue band - switch to a green. Green uses black. Black can add a yellow or red. Rest 60 seconds between rounds.

- 5 Weighted Sit Ups (45 / 25)
- 8 USA KB Swings (50 / 35)
