Strength
Establish 3RM OH Press (15 Minutes)
Using any press variation - but please attempt the split jerk.
Use the squat racks - don't start from the floor.
- Press
- Push Press
- Push Jerk
30 Back Squats (155 / 95)*
20m X-Band Walk (blue band)
* I know this weight might be light for some folks. Not looking to break any records here - just 30 perfect back squats. And then - get some X-Band walks to work on your weak ass - literally. Too many of us have weak glute medius's
