- 3 Inch Worms
- 5 Russian Triangles (25 / 10)
- 10 KB Goblet Squats
Complete All Reps as a Team. In order. Don't lose count.
- 50m Partner Carry (carry each other to pole n' back)
- 15 Tire Flips (or 185 / 95 deadlift)
- 30 Sledge Hammer Strikes (onto a tire)
- 60 Wall Balls
- 30 Back Extensions
- 15 Clapping Push Ups
*** AS SOON AS YOUR TEAM IS DONE ***
Find a vehicle & driver that you can push to the pole & back. I'm not kidding. It's a big parking lot, use all of it! Everyone use the same vehicle & driver. Push the car to the edge of the parking lot, let the car & driver make a wide turn to the other side of the lot. Walk over there & push the car back to the start. Or, take a quick break & let another team push the car. Your team must push the car to the pole & back.
