BUY IN
5 Minutes - Step Ups (20" / 16")
**boring, but effective. Use the small box, or (4) 45# plates. A normal person completes (25) step-ups per minute**
THE PAIN TRAIN
50 PVC OH Squats (**fire-breathers use 45/35**)
40 Sit Ups
30 Push Ups
20 Russian Lunges
10 Burpees
**on this count DOWN, each team member must perform the required # of reps. Switch as often as needed. One person works, the other rests.**
5 Pull Ups (each)
10 Burpees - (hold front plank)
20 Russian Lunges (hold lunge w/ hands overhead)
30 Push Ups (hold front plank, on elbows)
40 Sit Ups (hold "hollow rock" position)
50 PVC OH Squats (hold bottom squat position, no bar or PVC)
**on the count UP, the TEAM completes the required # of reps. 10 total burpees. 20 total lunges, etc. While one person works, the other person holds the required static position.
