CASH IN:
TABATA Bottom - to - Bottom Air Squats
then IMMEDIATELY run to the tracks & back
WORK:
“YOKE CARRY”
One rack will be set up by the whiteboard, and one rack will be set up at the end of the gym.
Find the max weight you can walk with in the back rack position from rack to rack.
You will load your bar and, facing outward, stand with the weight on your back and walk with it.
This is one of the ONLY times you will be take the bar from the rack backward. You will always be walking forward, never backward.
Once you reach the second rack, re-rack the weight in the bar.
If you need to drop the bar, “dump and jump” so that the bar falls behind you.
Do not let the bar roll off of your back.
