20 Pull Ups
30 Push Ups
40 Sit Ups
50 Wall Balls (10#)
Divide the work between 2 partners in any way you like. However, the ball can never touch the ground (i.e. a partner must be holding the ball or throwing it against the wall during the entire workout). If the ball is dropped (even on a missed wall ball), perform 5 burpees.
