10 minutes, One-Arm Kettlebell Jerk (53/35)
unlimited hand switches permitted*
*Resting is only allowed in the rack or overhead position.
If the bell rests in any other position, or the bell goes to the floor, restart your count. The score is the total number of reps completed "unbroken" (without the bell touching the ground or resting in an forbidden position).
Hand switches are to be completed as follows:
From the rack position (after a jerk) - downswing - switch hands- downswing - clean
