15" on / 15" off:
Kettlebell Snatches
Perform 15 seconds of kettlebell snatches on your right arm. Rest 15 seconds. Perform 15 seconds of kettlebell snatches on your left arm. Rest 15 seconds. Repeat until 15 minutes have passed. Maintain the same number of snatches both on the right and the left hands in every 15 second interval. Choose an appropriate weight according to your strength and skill level. While efficient technique and some degree of speed is necessary for a higher rep count per interval, you must achieve full lockout at the top of each rep (arm in line with ear).
