WOD:
21 - 15 - 9
Kettlebell Clean & Jerks R/L (53/35)*
Toes to Bar
Perform all reps on one arm, then switch hands (21 reps on the right, 21 on the left, etc.). For every time the bell touches the ground during your set, perform 5 burpees (i.e. any time that is not prior to T2B). These must be JERKS (must have a second dip), not presses or push presses.
