15 Minutes to Establish a 3RM Push Press (off the rack)

This is a great opportunity to practice our CrossFit etiquette. Help your platform partners change their weights, stay out of each other's line of sight, keep conversations to a respectful level for the lifter (the music should drown you out anyway!), transition efficiently between lifters, and most importantly: CHEER EACH OTHER ON!
