Medicine Ball Catapult Sit Up + 1 Burpee

**grab a partner, and move 12m-15m apart.  As soon as you throw the med ball, perform 1 burpee.
Then, stay on your feet to stop the medicine ball when your partner throws it back to you.  Rinse & repeat.
