Joint Prep
Start your engines
Warm Up
3 Rounds
- 20x Jumping Jacks
- 10x Back Extensions
- 5x Burpees
- 5x USSR KB Swing (35 / 25)
Train
USA KB Swings (50 / 35)
1 Swing - 1 recovery breath
2 Swings - 2 recovery breaths
3 Swings - 3 recovery breaths
Continue this work / rest cycle until you cannot recover.
I suggest big, full, deep recovery breaths. Don't be in a hurry.
Climb this ladder as high as you can - but stop @ 20 reps. If you fail before then, I understand.
The SUCK FACTOR on this is very high.
