10 Unbroken Front Squats (135#/95#)
TPB Waiter's Walk (50#/35#)
NOTES:
Front Squats must be cleaned from the ground. If you cannot clean the rx'd weight, scale accordingly.
Front Squats must be completed unbroken. If the bar touches the ground after initiating the set, perform 5 burpees immediately.
A waiter's walk is completed with two kettlebells, one of which is in a suitcase carry at the athlete's side, the other locked out overhead. Athletes may switch hands as much or as little as they wish.
