Hey, this isn't the same WOD that was just on the site earlier for Tuesday. What happened to the Bulgarian Squats.
six @ 165 plus one deadlift
just a hair over 15:00 at 15:06 to complete 7 rounds at #185. I think I could have done 9 or 10 rounds if I did banded PUs. Will try next time for comparison.
