50 PVC OH Squats (*fire-breathers use 45 / 35)
40 V-Ups
30 Push Ups
20 Russian Lunges
10 Burpees
5 Pull Ups
**on this count DOWN, each person must perform the required # of reps. Switch as often as needed. One person works, the other rests
400m Sprint (as a team)
5 Pull Ups (hand-stand hold)
10 Burpees - (hold front plank)
20 Russian Lunges (hold lunge w/ hands overhead)
30 Push Ups (hold front plank, on elbows)
40 V-Ups (hold "hollow rock" position)
50 Back Extensions (hold Superman pose)
**on the count UP, the TEAM completes the required # of reps. 10 total burpees. 20 total lunges, etc. While one person works, the other person holds the required static position. You cannot complete the work until your partner is in the static hold position.
