100m bear hug farmer carry (70 / 45)
30 seconds jumping jacks
10m bear crawl
10 back extensions
5 strict hanging leg raise
5 up dog/down dog
10 USSR KB Swings (50 / 35)
WOD
4 person teams
These movements completed in order – one athlete working at a time:
- 30 Handstand Push Ups
- 60 Burpees
- 90 USA KB Swing (50 / 35)
- 120 Hand Release Push Ups
- 150 Sit Ups
- 180 Double Unders (x3 singles)
There is an 24 minute time cap.
