*this is light weight to some folks.  Shut up & do it.  Keep SOLID technique.  Don't round your back and/or reach for the ground.  Work on your hook grip.  Don't bounce the weight off the floor, control it!  Elevate the barbell onto a 25 or 45lb plate if you need to*
