**there is no time limit on this complex. This is a practice session for you as an athlete to get (18) perfect reps. It gives your coach a chance to see your technique & make improvements.**
- 6 deadlift
- 6 bent over row
- 6 hang power clean
- 6 front squat
- 6 push press
- 6 back squat
- 6 push up
3 Minutes
- 1 Barbell Burpee every (15) seconds (95/65)*
- 2 Barbell Burpee every (20) seconds (95/65)*
- 3 Barbell Burpee every (30) seconds (95/65)*
