Each Person completes 4 Rounds through Circuit
Team lines up at their first station
Team member starts
3-Box Plyo Jumps
12 Push Press (65/65) same weight for men and women
Team member yells "Go" - Next Team member starts
12 Burpees
6 SDHP (65/65) same weight for men and women
Run to Train Tracks and Back
Get back in line
Time stops when last Team member completes 4th Round and 'high-fives' Team leader inside the gym garage door.
