Notes:
C2B stands for “Chest to Bar,” which means you touch your chest to the bar at the top of your pull up. By “chest,” I mean somewhere beneath your clavicle. Kipping is encouraged.
Double Kettlebell Swings are swings with two bells, one in each hand. We will be using only hardstyle kettlebells (the black ones) for this movement.
USSR is our notation for Russian Kettlebell Swings (the ones that go to your chest height, not overhead).
