Snow WOD #2: Intervals... This is where you get to scale the workout for yourself.
Snow laden flat course ~ 100yrds, icy hill ~ 50yds, or crusty stairs ~ 100 stairs, the choice is up to you.
"Sprints" (safely), 19 Rounds,
1st round = 1 Sprint + 1 Burpee
2nd round = 1 Sprint + 2 Burpees
3rd round = 1 Sprint + 3 Burpees
Repeat up to 10th round and 10 Burpees, then work your way back down to ending with
...
18th round = 1 Sprint + 2 Burpees
19th round = 1 Sprint + 1 Burpee
