Complete 10 rounds for time:

10 Russian KB Swings (2 pood)
5 Burpee Broad Jumps*

*Complete a burpee and instead of jumping up, complete a broad jump for max distance.

What's a POOD?

A pood is a Russian increment of weight. 2 pood is approximately 72 pounds. Unfortunately we don't have any in-house big mama bells. So fellas, you'll be swinging two 35# bells (or two 50# if you wanna be a big dog - form must be approved by coach prior to WOD) and ladies, you'll be swinging a 50#. Do not fear the weight. Form is King.
