Sit-Ups (tap overhead, tap the feet)

Double-Unders*
Sit-Ups (tap overhead, tap the feet)
*Sub: 3x Single Rope Hops or 3x Lateral Stick Hops with Hands Above BellyButton at ALL TIMES)
**In the event the bell touches the ground, you must restart your rep count at 1.
Doing "Double-Unders" is jump roping with one hop for every two rope rotations (it's all in the wrists, baby.)
This is a pyramid play on one of our beloved CF girls, Annie.
This WOD is a great skill-work opportunity, so focus on having both feet leave and return to the ground AT THE SAME TIME on your rope/lateral hops (we're adults, people... let's leave the "skipping" to Julie Andrews/Frauline Maria, ok?)

ReplyDelete24:15... Almost Rx (1st round: 20 double, 90 single. 2nd round: 20 double, 60 single. Finished all doubles.) Sweet tail bone burn to top it off.
